Deposit and Instalments

PAY A DEPOSIT NOW AND THE BALANCE LATER

A £100 per person (non refundable) deposit secures your place.

Once this is paid, you can pay instalments whenever you want in multiples of £100+ (£100, £200 etc) up until the final balance deadline (28th February 2026)*, by which time of course full payment must be paid.
*Prior to the final balance, it is a condition of the deposit and instalment scheme, that an amount equal to the cost of the Festival Ticket, is paid into your account (per person), by 30th September 2025.

For Hellfest 2026 that amount will be £300 per person.
Payment up to the price of the Festival ticket is non refundable.

ITINERARY

Coach Package Itinerary PORTSMOUTH CAEN
Day 1: Tuesday 16th June
Departing in the morning/afternoon from your local pick up point we make our way to Portsmouth for Brittany Ferry's, 23.00hrs, overnight sailing to Caen, checking in around 20.00hrs
Day 2: Wednesday 17th June
On arrival in France in the morning, we head directly for Clisson and the Festival site where those camping will be dropped off (around midday traffic permitting). From there the coach will travel directly to our hotel accommodation in Nantes arriving early afternoon. The rest of the day is free.
Day 3: Thursday 18th June
Festival DAY ONE and your coach will transfer you to the Festival site in time to collect your wristbands and the first Bands on stage.
Day 4: Friday 19th June
Festival DAY TWO transfers to and from hotels to Festival site
Day 5: Saturday 20^th June
Festival DAY THREE transfers to and from hotels to Festival site
Day 6: Sunday 21^st June
Festival DAY FOUR transfers to and from hotels to Festival site
Day 7: Monday 22^nd June
Departing the hotels at lunchtime the coach will travel to the Festival site for the campers before heading directly to Caen and the overnight 23.30hrs sailing to Portsmouth. Arriving late afternoon, there will be time in Caen, to eat before embarkation.
Day 8: Tuesday 23^rd June
Arriving in Portsmouth at 06.15hrs (departing around 07.30hrs), arrival back at our first drop off point in London should be around 10.30hrs depending on traffic.

Your Crossing includes a reserved seat in the quiet area of the Ship. Cabins may be available if you enquire early enough.

Wi-Fi & Mobile phones

Free Wi-Fi access is available on board on deck 7 near the boutique, on deck 8 in both restaurant areas and near Le Kiosk, plus on deck 9 near Le Café du Festival and the Blue Note bar. The Wi-Fi is supplied via a satellite link and its speed can vary. Downloading and streaming are restricted. An offshore mobile telephone network is available during the crossing but high data/call charges will be incurred. We recommend turning off your data roaming to avoid additional data charges.

PASSPORT AND ETIAS

Starting in the last quarter of 2026, the European Commission will roll out an electronic travel authorisation system for visitors from countries that are currently not part of the EU, called ETIAS.
ETIAS stands for the European Travel Information and Authorisation System. The system will check the security credentials and charge a fee to travellers visiting EU member countries for business, tourism, medical or transit purposes.
The ETIAS will be mandatory for citizens of such countries as the United States, Australia, New Zealand Canada and the UK.

In fact any citizens from a non-EU country who do not currently need a visa to visit an EU member state for a short-term stay require ETIAS for entry.

At the present time, our Festival schedule for 2026 will not be affected. Nevertheless, it would be prudent to remain aware of the forthcoming changes and make a note of everything ETIAS related by checking out https://etias.com/etias-frequently-asked-questions and retaining the link ready for the day that you need to take action

Minors under the age of 16 are admitted if they are accompanied by a major AND if we receive a parental authorization during registration.
