Coach Package Itinerary DOVER - CALAIS
Day 1: Tuesday 16th June
Departing from your local pick up point we make our way to Dover for a late evening/early hours ferry to Calais
Day 2: Wednesday 17th June
On arrival in France we head directly for the Festival site where campers are dropped off, before moving on to Nantes and our hotels. Arriving around lunchtime, after checking in, the rest of the day is free
Day 3: Thursday 18th June
Hotel clients are transferred to the festival site for DAY ONE of Hellfest. The coaches return to the hotels at the end of the day's proceedings
Day4: Friday 19th June
Hotel clients are transferred to the festival site for DAY TWO of Hellfest. The coaches return to the hotels at the end of the day's proceedings.
Day 5: Saturday 20th June
DAY THREE of the festival and once again the coaches will transfer hotel clients to the festival site, returning to the hotels at the completion of proceedings.
Day 6: Sunday 21st June
DAY FOUR as day three
Day 7: Monday 22nd June
Departing our hotels at lunchtime, our coaches will proceed to the Festival campsite where campers' will be collected. We then make our way back to Calais. Comfort stops will be made en route including an evening meal break in Amiens.
Day 8: Tuesday 23rd June
Arrive Calais in the early hours for a ferry back to Dover that will (circumstances permitting) have us arriving in London around 06.30 - 07.30hrs and onwards

Coach Package Itinerary PORTSMOUTH CAEN
Day 1: Tuesday 16th June
Departing in the morning/afternoon from your local pick up point we make our way to Portsmouth for Brittany Ferry's, 23.00hrs, overnight sailing to Caen, checking in around 20.00hrs
Day 2: Wednesday 17th June
On arrival in France in the morning, we head directly for Clisson and the Festival site where those camping will be dropped off (around midday traffic permitting). From there the coach will travel directly to our hotel accommodation in Nantes arriving early afternoon. The rest of the day is free.
Day 3: Thursday 18th June
Festival DAY ONE and your coach will transfer you to the Festival site in time to collect your wristbands and the first Bands on stage.
Day 4: Friday 19th June
Festival DAY TWO transfers to and from hotels to Festival site
Day 5: Saturday 20th June
Festival DAY THREE transfers to and from hotels to Festival site
Day 6: Sunday 21st June
Festival DAY FOUR transfers to and from hotels to Festival site
Day 7: Monday 22nd June
Departing the hotels at lunchtime the coach will travel to the Festival site for the campers before heading directly to Caen and the overnight 23.30hrs sailing to Portsmouth. Arriving late afternoon, there will be time in Caen, to eat before embarkation.
Day 8: Tuesday 23rd June
Arriving in Portsmouth at 06.15hrs (departing around 07.30hrs), arrival back at our first drop off point in London should be around 10.30hrs depending on traffic.

EUROSTAR TRAIN TIMES AND INTERNAL FRENCH TRAIN TIMES TO BE CONFIRMED
Day 1: Wednesday 17th June
06.30hrs - Check in for Eurostar, St Pancras
08.01hrs - Depart London St Pancras by Eurostar to Paris
11.19hrs - (local time) Arrive Paris Gare du Nord, Make your way across Paris (metro maps supplied) to Montparnasse Station.
13.24hrs - Depart Paris Montparnasse for Nantes
15.50hrs - Arrive Nantes
For hotel clients, Ibis Hotel Tour Bretagne & Adagio Apartments are a 10 minute taxi ride from the Station).
For Campers there are trains from Nantes to Clisson, and at Clisson station there will be minibuses taking people to the campsite from around 5 euros per person.
Day 2: Thursday 18th June

DAY ONE of Hellfest 2026. Hotel clients take the return coach transfers from outside the Ibis Tour Bretagne
Day 3: Friday 19th June
DAY TWO of the festival and daily coach transfers
Day 4: Saturday 20^th June
DAY THREE of the festival and daily coach transfers

Day 6: Monday 22^nd June
Campers use minibus & train as in the outward journey, to Nantes station, rendezvous with hotel clients
13.00hrs - Arrive Nantes Station (1 hour before departure)
14.04hrs - Depart by TGV for Paris Montparnasse
16.08hrs - Arrive Paris Montparnasse and cross Paris to Gare du Nord
17.30hrs - Check in for Eurostar
19.11hrs - Depart Paris Gare du Nord by Eurostar for London
20.30hrs - (local time) Arrive London St Pancras

The hotel Package includes 4 night’s accommodation with breakfast and daily transfers to and from hotel to Festival Site.

With the camping Package, transfers to and from Nantes to Clisson and the Festival site are not included. However local trains and minibuses run directly to Clisson and the Festival site respectively from Nantes railway station.

PAY A DEPOSIT NOW AND THE BALANCE LATER

A minimum £100 per person (non refundable) deposit secures your place.

Once this is paid, you can pay instalments whenever you want in multiples of £100+ (£100, £200 etc) up until the final balance deadline (28th February 2026)*, by which time of course full payment must be paid.

*Prior to the final balance, it is a condition of the deposit and instalment scheme, that an amount equal to the cost of the Festival Ticket, is paid into your account (per person), by 30th September 2025.

For Hellfest 2026 that amount will be £300 per person.
Payment up to the price of the Festival ticket is non refundable.
