Before your departure date you will be furnished with the appropriate paperwork to ensure a smooth and efficient transit from London to Nantes, including your rail tickets for both Eurostar & SNCF trains and detailed guidance on how to transfer from the Gare du Nord to Gare Montparnasse by Metro.
Below, for your convenience, we have laid out the procedure you need to follow, for your safety and convenience.
1) Please ensure that you arrive in good time according to your itinerary on Wednesday 18th June, to check in and board the Eurostar train.
2) Both Eurostar & SNCF are very strict on the labelling of luggage. Please make sure that ALL items are clearly labelled and easy to see. Also ensure that you do not exceed their baggage allowances, or you may have to pay a surcharge. You can check the allowances on their website.
3) On arrival in Paris, you will have enclosed notes to assist you in traversing to Gare Montparnasse by Metro.
4) When boarding the SNCF train from Montparnasse to Nantes (same on return), you have to board as a Group, and you will have details of the “Meeting Point” in your paperwork.
5) Having arrived at Gare Montparnasse, please ensure that you attend the Meeting Point at the appointed time on your itinerary, so that Amanda can announce the arrival of our Group(s), to the relevant Station staff.
On leaving day, Monday 22nd June, your Meeting Point will be outside the Main (northern) Entrance to Gare de Nantes, close to the Ibis Styles Hotel.
